1. Definitions

“Service” refers to taxi booking and related transportation services offered by the company.
“User” refers to any individual accessing or using the website and/or services.
“Driver” refers to the professional providing transportation services.
2. Scope of Services
GoaCabNTaxi provides on-demand and pre-booked taxi services in Goa.
Availability of services is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
3. Booking Policy
Users must provide accurate details, including pick-up and drop-off locations, contact details, and the date/time of travel.
Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS, email, or phone call.
For last-minute changes or cancellations, the user must inform the company at least 2 hour before the scheduled ride.
4. Payment Terms
Payment methods include cash, UPI, or digital wallets as specified at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, and waiting time.
Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the ride.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount applies.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure that all details provided during booking are accurate.
Users are responsible for their belongings during the ride. GoaCabNTaxi is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
Users must treat the driver and vehicle with respect and avoid any unlawful behavior.
7. Limitation of Liability
GoaCabNTaxi will not be liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of vehicle breakdowns, the company will endeavor to provide an alternative arrangement but cannot guarantee a specific timeline.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
Misusing the services or website for unlawful purposes.
Tampering with or damaging the company’s vehicles or property.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, logos, and materials on GoaCabNTaxi.com are the intellectual property of GoaCabNTaxi. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms
GoaCabNTaxi reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
